Research
At Parade, every product development process starts by meeting those most affected: the end users!
Every product developed in our office in Maine-et-Loire undergoes thorough research and discussions in multiple meetings with experts in the relevant business fields. With this approach, we ensure that the final products meet the needs of the users.
Our technology
France has some of the strictest laws in the world for safety and protection in the workplace. But this does not stop PARADE from moving forward, because we believe that attention to small details is important, and your comfort is a key part of that safety.
A large shoe training school preparing for tomorrow.
In 2014, Eram Group established a shoe school, offering a comprehensive training program for the entire shoe trade business. The course is open to job seekers*, and students receive a certificate upon graduation. Everyone who joins the program is supported throughout their internship and trained by expert staff. Additionally, four new interns joined our training program in 2021.
*Training course in collaboration with Pôle Emploi and Opcalia in the Maine-et-Loire region.
